Tower Of Power - Holidays & Hits Tour

Tower of Power’s window-rattling grooves and raucous party spirit have been a balm for the soul for more than half a century!
Emilio Castillo, Rocco Prestia, and “Doc” Kupka have been crafting the signature “Oakland Soul” sound since 1968. Over the decades, they’ve toured the globe, earned chart success, and backed legends including Otis Redding, Elton John, Santana, the Grateful Dead, John Lee Hooker, Aerosmith, Bonnie Raitt, and countless others. Their 1972 Warner Brothers debut, Bump City, produced hits like “You’re Still a Young Man” and “Down to The Nightclub,” followed by 70’s classics, such as “So Very Hard to Go” and “What Is Hip?” They returned to Oakland to celebrate a landmark anniversary with 50 Years of Funk & Soul: Live at the Fox Theater in 2018.
The 2025 Holiday and Hits Tour is set to be a vigorous and dynamic tour for fans starving for the band’s instantly recognizable sound.
